Yes, your gold belongs to you. You can request physical delivery for amounts of 100 grams or multiples thereof, up to 1 kg per shipment, directly from the app. Shipping and insurance fees apply. Once your gold leaves the vault, it's fully in your possession and cannot be sold back through Phi Wallet.

Since our gold is 100% physical, there are fees associated with buying or selling physical gold and for the services provided by Phi Wallet to facilitate convenient access to the physical gold. Our standard fees for purchases in EUR or USD are 5% when buying gold and 3% when selling gold. No hidden fees.

Storage is free for your first year, calculated from the day you create your Phi Wallet account. After that, you'll be charged 0.5% per year on your total holdings, calculated daily, which covers vaulting and insurance.

Phi Wallet does not charge fees on transfers made to purchase gold. SEPA transfers (within the EU) usually take 1–2 business days, while international SWIFT transfers may take 3–5 business days or more, depending on your bank. We don't earn interest on your money.
